Position: Chief Architect of UPC ( Universal Power Chain)

Summary of Position

As the Chief Architect of UPC program, you will be directing the project development team in our USA office. You will be responsible for the technical planning of energy field and blockchain field for the UPC platform to improve in whole. You will guide the team to carry out the design and basis to develop the underlying architecture of the platform to establish a revolutionary global energy system.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for defining and driving platform architecture for UPC platforms including firmware and software architecture.
• Responsible for defining architecture of UPC platforms. Key advisor to the platform engineering team on reference platform architecture and design.
• Key advisor to marketing team and IT team.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Profound understanding and insight in the field of blockchain or related field.
• Be a project technical leader with project practical experience.
• Experience leading team to complete the delivery of a software launch.

Position: Director of Project Finance, M&A

Summary of Position

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Project Finance has two key areas of responsibility: Develop a strategy and originate and structure project financing solutions for solar projects. He/she will work closely with the executive team and will have frequent interactions with the solar project financing community. This position will work from our Santa Clara, CA office and report directly to the CEO and CFO.

Roles & Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement strategy for offering project finance solutions to customers;
o Initiate and develop relationships with project financiers, lead and finalize negotiations;
o Support senior management on a daily basis in company’s growth. Present oral or written reports on projects, financial results and research.
o Provide finance support to the sales and project development teams in financing special projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
o Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a quantitative or technical field; MA/MBA from a top tier business school preferred;
o 5 years’ experience in corporate finance;
o Experience in managing a Finance team;
o Expert in MS Excel and financial modeling;
o Strong communicator with ability to effectively interface with investors, customers, and senior management;
o Proven track record structuring finance models and executing them;
o Strong understanding of financing and accounting principles.

The ideal candidate will have:
o Renewable energy project finance experience;
o Familiarity with the solar PV industry, competition, and trends;
o Intimate knowledge of structuring renewable energy investment funds, including tax elements;
o Close connections with banks and renewable energy investors;

Position: Finance Controller

Summary of Position

In charge of leading key aspects of our global financial close and the corporate budgeting and forecasting. This role will report to the CFO and is be a key member of the Finance & Accounting department, which is responsible for corporate accounting and tax, internal and external reporting, budgets, forecasts and financial controls.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Providing oversight and review to the accounting operations team, including performing detailed review of the consolidated financial close and financial statements.
• Leading the efforts in managing the external and internal auditors, including project management and clearing key accounting conclusions.
• Partnering with financial controllers and global process owners to create, update or clarify global financial policies.
• Preparing the annual operating budget, as well as periodic forecasts, and budget versus actual analyses.
• Assisting with special corporate financial projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
o Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred), CPA preferred.
o Expert in MS Excel and financial modeling;
o Solid analytical skills, data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Head of Sales and Marketing

Summary of Position

The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible to manage the sales and marketing processes of SPI Solar Inc ‘s CleanTech products. The head of sales and marketing will coordinate and implement effective facility sales and marketing program. This position will work closely with the executive team in our USA office in Santa Clara California, and will be the key advisor of the sales and marketing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
o Manage product strategy including segmentation analysis and customer targeting such that products are identified and positioned to maximize their revenue.
• Develops and directs high impact B2B and B2C go-to-market strategies, activities and promotions to achieve planned business objectives and growth across multiple distribution channels, domestically and internationally.
• Develops and communicates product messaging to customers.
• Develops innovative sales tools and programs that equip the sales force to increase existing customer penetration and target new account opportunities and competitive conversions.

Qualifications & Experience:
o Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a quantitative or technical field; MA/MBA from a top tier business school preferred;
o Proven success in complex, solution-oriented market development.
o 8+ years of relevant experiences in sales and marketing.
o Experience in team management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading operational and strategic initiatives.

Position: Investor Relations/M&A

Summary of Position

The Invester relations / M&A will contribute to and help drive an outstanding IR program. This highly visible role reports to the vice president to collaborate and interface with executive and senior leaders across the company. We are seeking an motivated, creative problem solver with a passion for driving results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and develop relationships within the investment and analyst communities.
• Act as key corporate spokesperson with investment and analyst communities.
• Assist in the preparation of conference call and earnings release scripts and corporate presentations such as Q&As, data sheets, investor presentations for sell-side conferences, road shows and Investor Days.
• Maintain strong company and industry expertise. Remain current on all company and industry related activity to ensure quick response time to Wall Street community and management.
• Analyze and report on trading activity, shareholder ownership and provide perspective on current investor base; make sound recommendations for investor targeting.
• Seek to continuously improve IR processes and procedures and communication strategy to drive stronger partnerships and value-add program enhancements.

Position: Operations Manager

Summary of Position

The Operations Manager is a hands-on leader who will provide technical expertise and personnel management for globalming.com created for SPI’s Global mining project. The Operations manager will serve as a working Operations Support Engineer in addition to leadership duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:
o Provide excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
o Interface with other project team leads to share information, provide technical guidance and other project-wide leadership tasks.
o Corporate with the development team in managing the web.
o Responsible for deploying and maintain a highly available production environment with aggressive uptime goals.
o Responsible for deploying and maintaining multiple development/testing environments.

Qualifications & Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in IT, preferred 5+ years of experiences in IT operations.
o A successful candidate will have exceptional IT customer service skills and technical skills.
o Good understanding of managing and monitoring service level agreements with customers and suppliers.
o Exceptional analytical and process development skills.
o Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and operations.

Position: Sales Manageer

Summary of Position

Sales manager in SPI Solar inc’ s will be working directly with the executive members and focus on the sales of SPI Solar financial products. This position will provide coaching and management directing, along with ensuring appropriate resources are aligned and focused to support sales activities and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales program and strategize for growth.
• Monitor and analyze data, set the team’s focus, motivate to achieve goals, and train to the best social enterprise sales force.
• Determine ways to streamline the sales process.
• Expand our customer base and grow our presence.
• Define and develop our market demographic, determine the advertising priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:
o Minimum of five years of experience managing and coaching a sales team.
o Minimum of three years of successful sales and account management experience.
o Proven ability to develop an annual strategic plan and solution offerings and execute for market with increase in revenue.
o Demonstrated ability to coach to business acumen.
o High level of collaboration and teaming skills to motivate and inspire the sales team.

Position: Software Engineer

SPI Solar is a well-funded, Nasdaq listed energy based company.

This position will be focusing on developing the online platform of SPI Solar ‘s upcoming UPC energy trading ecosystem. Your mission will include developing a virtual gaming-platform parallel to the real world UPC trading ecosystem available to everyone who is interested in participating in the ecosystem including our PV generator buyers and consumers.

Requirements:
At least two years of working experiences in the software developing field. Familiarity of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts and algorithms Familiar with a system level language: C/C++. Java, Go, Python etc… Teamwork skill is highly recommended.
